As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll visit pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions about their complete Exterior Renovation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide custom quotes during consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes integrity and transparency.
• Attend semi-regular training sessions and sales meetings.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for daily appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry sample materials weighing between 15-65 lbs.
• Proficient in using applications on an iPad.
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt a proven sales methodology.
• Strong desire and capability to close sales.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Uncapped commission structure, with current consultants earning well above $100,000
• Performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:

• Flexible weekly scheduling.
